Kristian Nairn, born on November 25, 1975, is an actor and DJ from Lisburn, Northern Ireland. He is famous for playing Hodor in the TV show Game of Thrones. This popular HBO fantasy series aired from 2011 to 2014 and again in 2016. He also acted as Wee John Feeney in the HBO Max series Our Flag Means Death from 2022 to 2023.

Acting and Music Career
Playing Hodor in Game of Thrones was Kristian Nairn's first acting job. He even earned enough money to buy his mom a house!
Kristian is also a DJ who plays progressive house and trance music. He used to be a regular DJ at a club in Belfast. After Game of Thrones became popular, Kristian started touring as a DJ. His show, called "Rave of Thrones," uses music and costumes from the TV series. In 2017, he opened for the famous DJs Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike in Antwerp. He was also the DJ for big events like BlizzCon in 2016 and 2018. In 2018, Kristian was in a YouTube commercial for eToro. This commercial featured the popular internet meme "HODL."
Kristian Nairn is also a talented guitarist. In 2018, he got to play backstage with the famous band Megadeth at the Hellfest Open Air Festival in France.
He played the character Wee John Feeney in the HBO series Our Flag Means Death from 2022 to 2023.
Personal Life
Kristian Nairn has always been open about his personal life. In 2014, he spoke publicly about being gay in an interview. He later explained that he had already told his friends and family when he was 14. In 2023, he shared with the BBC that he had witnessed a shooting incident in Belfast in 1997.
