Kunimitsu Sekiguchi (関口 訓充, Sekiguchi Kunimitsu, born 26 December 1985) is a Japanese football player. He plays as a midfielder for Nankatsu SC. He was born in Tama, Tokyo, Japan.

Kunimitsu Sekiguchi's Football Journey
Early Career and First Club
Kunimitsu Sekiguchi started his football journey in high school. He played for Teikyo High School from 2001 to 2003. After high school, he joined his first professional club, Vegalta Sendai, in 2004. He played for Vegalta Sendai for many years, until 2012. During this time, he played in 274 games and scored 22 goals.
Playing for Different Clubs
In 2013, Sekiguchi moved to Urawa Reds. He played there for two seasons, appearing in 27 matches and scoring one goal. After that, he joined Cerezo Osaka in 2015. He stayed with Cerezo Osaka until 2017. He played 75 games and scored 3 goals for them.
In 2018, Kunimitsu Sekiguchi made a surprising return to his first club, Vegalta Sendai. He played for them again until 2021. He added 96 more games and 6 goals to his record with Vegalta Sendai. Since 2022, he has been playing for Nankatsu SC.
Representing His Country: Japan
Kunimitsu Sekiguchi also played for the Japanese national team. He made his first international appearance on October 8, 2010. This was in a friendly match against Argentina. He played a total of 3 games for Japan between 2010 and 2011.
