La Capuera is a small town in Uruguay, located in the Maldonado Department. It's known for being close to a beautiful lake called Laguna del Sauce and an international airport. Even though it's a small place, its population has grown a lot over the years!

This town is located right on the coast of Laguna del Sauce, which is a large lake. You can find it near kilometer 120 on Route 93. La Capuera is about 18 kilometers (around 11 miles) west of Maldonado, which is the capital city of the department. It's also just west of the Laguna del Sauce International Airport. So, it's easy to get to by road or air!
