La Siberia is a special area in Spain. It is found in the Badajoz province of Extremadura. This region is like a local district or area.

To the southeast of La Siberia is the Caceres province. The region of Castile-La Mancha is located to its east.

Mountains and Hills

La Siberia is part of the Toledo Mountains. It stretches all the way to the Las Villuercas mountains. Most of the land here is between 400 and 800 meters (about 1,300 to 2,600 feet) above sea level.

The highest mountain ranges in La Siberia are Umbría, Castrejones, Cantonegros, Santana, and Pico Montilla. Pico Montilla is the tallest point. It reaches about 940 meters (3,080 feet) above sea level.

Weather in La Siberia

La Siberia has a climate that is called "continental." This means it has warm summers and winters that are a bit cold. The average temperature for the year is about 16°C (61°F).

January is the coldest month. Temperatures can be between 6 and 7°C (43 to 45°F). This depends on if you are in the northern or southern part of the region. July is the warmest month. Temperatures usually range from 25 to 27°C (77 to 81°F), but they can go as high as 42°C (108°F)!
