Lake Mary Jane is a small, man-made lake located in Highlands County, Florida. It was created by digging out a swamp. The lake covers about 10.5 acres (4.2 hectares).
It's a private lake, meaning it belongs to the people living in the Bluffs of Sebring condominium complex. Because it's private, only residents and their guests can use it. The lake is surrounded by condos and is about half a mile long.
What is Lake Mary Jane?
Lake Mary Jane isn't just for swimming or boating. It was mostly built to look pretty for the people living nearby. The lake has four fountains that add to its beauty.
