Lakrea Merie Clark (born October 19, 1991), also known by her stage name Lakrea, is an American R&B and jazz singer-songwriter. She writes her own songs too.

Lakrea Merie Clark was born on October 19, 1991. Her hometown is Austin, Texas, in the United States.
Lakrea started performing at a very young age. When she was just three years old, she sang in her family's church. She also showed a talent for writing music early on. Lakrea wrote her very first song when she was eight years old.
Her Music Career
Lakrea began singing professionally when she was thirteen years old. This means she started performing for audiences as a job. She has performed in many different places across Texas.
Lakrea has also performed at famous venues. These include the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and on the TV show Showtime at the Apollo. Her father, Darren, helps manage her career.
