What the Show is About
The story follows Jamie Jaren, a Lazer Tag Champion from the year 3010. She uses a time machine to go back to 1987. Her mission is to protect her ancestors: teenagers Tom and Beth, and their little brother Nicky.
Jamie needs to keep them safe from Draxon Drear. He is a super-villain from the year 2061. Draxon was accidentally woken up from a long sleep by Jamie's teacher, Professor Olanga. Draxon's spaceship had crashed into the ocean, putting him in a deep sleep for centuries.
Draxon has traveled back in time to stop Beth. Why? Because Beth will invent the special Starlyte gun and Starsensor. These are the cool Lazer Tag tools Jamie uses in her future. With these tools, Jamie can do amazing things. She can even control matter and energy, and travel through time!
Draxon leads a group of special humans called Skuggs. They were created to help people, but Draxon took control of them. One of the Skuggs accidentally woke Draxon up from his long sleep.
Tom and Beth's parents, Andrew and Genna Jaren, don't know about the battles. They think Jamie is just a foreign exchange student. Also, Tom and Beth's school friend, Charles Ferguson, is very curious about Jamie. He tries to figure out her secret all the time.
