Leandra Rodrigues Leal Braz e Silva (born September 8, 1982) is a talented Brazilian actress, singer, film director, producer, and writer for plays. She has been working in the entertainment industry since she was a child, appearing in many TV shows and movies.

About Leandra Leal
Leandra comes from a family of artists. Her grandfather, Américo Leal, was a cultural producer, and her mother, Ângela Leal, is also an actress. Leandra started acting in plays when she was seven years old. By the age of eight, she was on television, appearing in the final episode of the TV show Pantanal, where her mother also acted. Growing up around artists, she quickly fell in love with acting.
In 2000, Leandra had important roles in the TV miniseries A Muralha and the soap opera O Cravo e a Rosa. She also appeared in the children's series Sítio do Picapau Amarelo and had guest roles in A Grande Família.
In 2004, she became very popular for her role in the soap opera Senhora do Destino. She also acted in the film Cazuza - O Tempo Não Pára, playing Bebel Gilberto, a close friend of the singer Cazuza.
Leandra also explores other creative roles. In 2008, she directed her first play, Mercadorias e Futuro. She is also known for leading the Cordão do Bola Preta, one of the biggest Carnival groups in Rio de Janeiro.
In 2011, she was part of the movie Estamos Juntos. She also appeared in a special segment on the TV show Fantástico called A História do Amor, where she played 64 different characters! In 2012, she starred in the popular soap opera Cheias de Charme as Maria do Rosário.

Leandra Leal has won many awards for her acting and directing. She has been recognized at various film festivals and award ceremonies in Brazil and internationally. Some of her awards include:
