Leandra Rodrigues Leal Braz e Silva (born September 8, 1982) is a talented Brazilian actress, singer, film director, producer, and writer for plays. She started acting when she was very young and has become a well-known face in Brazilian television and movies.

About Leandra Leal
Leandra comes from a family of artists. Her grandfather, Américo Leal, was a cultural producer, and her mother, Ângela Leal, is also an actress. Leandra started acting in plays at age seven and on TV at age eight. Her first TV role was in the soap opera Pantanal, where her mother also worked. Growing up around artists, she quickly fell in love with acting.
In 2000, she became very popular after starring in the TV miniseries A Muralha and the soap opera O Cravo e a Rosa. She also appeared in the children's series Sítio do Picapau Amarelo and the comedy show A Grande Família.
A big moment in her career was in 2004 when she acted in the soap opera Senhora do Destino. People loved her character, Maria Cláudia, who often argued with the villain Nazaré. That same year, she played Bebel, the best friend of singer Cazuza, in the movie Cazuza - O Tempo Não Pára.
In 2008, Leandra starred in a new version of Ciranda de Pedra. She also tried directing for the first time with a play called Mercadorias e Futuro. Leandra is also famous for leading the biggest Carnival street party in Rio de Janeiro, called Cordão do Bola Preta.
In 2011, she was in the movie Estamos Juntos. She also played 64 different characters in a special segment on the TV show Fantástico, showing her amazing acting skills. In 2012, she played Maria do Rosário in the popular soap opera Cheias de Charme.
