Leandro Vilas Boas Simioni (born on September 29, 1974), also known as Leandro Testa, is a former professional football player from Brazil. He played as a forward. In December 2010, Leandro was in a car accident in Brazil. He was badly hurt and, because of his injuries, he could no longer play professional football.

Leandro Simioni's Football Journey
Starting His Career
Leandro was born in São Bernardo do Campo, a city in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. He began his football career playing for clubs in his home state. Later, he moved to Europe to play for a Belgian team called Cercle Brugge.
Playing in Asia
After his time in Belgium, Leandro traveled to Hong Kong. There, he played for several teams, including Golden, Sai Kung, and Yee Hope. He was a very successful player in Hong Kong. During the 1999–2000 Hong Kong First Division League season, he was the top goal-scorer. He was also chosen many times to play for the Hong Kong League XI, which is a special team made up of the best players from the league.
In January 2001, Leandro left Yee Hope. He was offered a contract by a Brazilian club called Matsubara. This club had investments from Japan. After that, he moved to Japan to play for J1 League club Yokohama F. Marinos. He played there until July of that year.
Back to Brazil
Leandro then returned to Brazil to continue his football career. He played for teams like Bahia, Santa Cruz, and Paulista de Campo Limpo Paulista. In 2002, his team finished as the runner-up in the Campeonato Pernambucano tournament.
Adventures in Europe and Israel
In June 2003, Leandro moved back to Europe. He joined 2. Bundesliga club Rot-Weiß Oberhausen in Germany. The team was relegated to a lower league, Regionalliga Nord, in mid-2005.
In March 2007, he signed with Bandeirante in São Paulo, Brazil. He played in the second half of the 2007 Campeonato Paulista Série A2 season and scored two goals. After this, he moved to Israel. He played for Israeli clubs Bnei Sakhnin and Hapoel Be'er Sheva. On January 25, 2010, he signed with Maccabi Ironi Bat Yam.
Later Career
On November 4, 2010, Leandro returned to Brazil once more. He signed with União da Vila Sá, an amateur club that plays in the Campeonato Paulista Amador do Estado.
