Leandro Vilas Boas Simioni (born September 29, 1974) is a former professional football player from Brazil. He was also known as Leandro Testa. Leandro played as a forward, scoring many goals for different teams around the world during his career. Sadly, in December 2010, he was in a serious car accident in Brazil. This accident caused him a very serious injury that greatly affected his ability to move.

Leandro Simioni's Football Journey
Starting His Career in Brazil
Leandro Simioni was born in São Bernardo do Campo, a city in Brazil. He began his football journey playing for clubs in his home state of São Paulo. After playing for teams like Portuguesa and XV de Piracicaba, he decided to try playing football in another country.
Playing in Europe and Asia
Leandro moved to Belgium and joined the team Cercle Brugge. After his time in Belgium, he traveled to Hong Kong. There, he played for several clubs, including Golden, Sai Kung, and Yee Hope. He was very good at scoring goals in Hong Kong! In the 1999–2000 season, he was the top scorer in the 1999–2000 Hong Kong First Division League. He was also chosen to play for the Hong Kong League XI team many times.
In 2001, Leandro moved to Japan to play for J1 League club Yokohama F. Marinos. He played there for a few months before returning to Brazil.
Returning to Brazilian Football
Back in Brazil, Leandro played for teams like Bahia and Santa Cruz. In 2002, his team, Santa Cruz, finished as the runner-up in the Campeonato Pernambucano tournament. He also played for Paulista de Campo Limpo Paulista.
Adventures in Germany and Israel
In 2003, Leandro went back to Europe to play for Rot-Weiß Oberhausen in Germany. This team was in the 2. Bundesliga, which is a professional league. After a few years, the team moved to a lower league.
Later, in 2007, he returned to Brazil briefly to play for Bandeirante. Then, he moved to Israel, where he played for Bnei Sakhnin and Hapoel Be'er Sheva. He scored 13 goals for Hapoel Be'er Sheva. His last professional team in Israel was Maccabi Ironi Bat Yam.
Amateur Career and Later Life
In 2010, Leandro returned to Brazil and played for an amateur team called União da Vila Sá. This was part of the Campeonato Paulista Amador do Estado.
