Lewis Steven E. Burton (born 23 March 1992) is a British model and former professional tennis player.

Early Life and Tennis Beginnings
Lewis Steven E. Burton was born in the Bexley area of London, England, on March 23, 1992. He started playing tennis when he was seven years old.
Junior Tennis Career
Lewis showed great promise in his early tennis career. He reached a high ranking of 172 in the world for junior players in July 2010. This ranking combined his skills in both singles and doubles matches.
In 2010, Lewis teamed up with fellow British player George Morgan. They made it all the way to the final of the boys' doubles tournament at Wimbledon. However, they lost the final match to another British pair, Liam Broady and Tom Farquharson.
Moving to Professional Tennis
The next year, Lewis was too old to compete in the boys' tournament. But George Morgan went on to win the boys' doubles title with a new partner, Mate Pavić.
In 2012, Lewis and George were both old enough to play in the men's tournament. They were given a special entry, called a wildcard, into the qualifying rounds for the men's doubles at Wimbledon. They played well enough to get into the main competition. In their first main draw match, they faced Steve Darcis and Olivier Rochus. Lewis and George played a tough match but lost in the first round.
Personal Life
Lewis Burton has been in a relationship with model and entrepreneur Lottie Tomlinson since November 2020. They welcomed their son in August 2022.
