Lex Scott Davis was born in Baltimore, Maryland. Her mother was a life coach, and her father owned a real estate company. She first studied Dance and Physical Therapy at Drexel University. In 2013, she moved to New York City. There, she continued her acting studies at the New York Film Academy.
Starting Her Acting Career
Lex Scott Davis began her acting journey in 2014. In 2015, she got a big role playing the famous singer Toni Braxton. This was for the Lifetime TV movie Toni Braxton: Unbreak My Heart. This role was her first time on television. After that, she joined the cast of the CBS crime drama series Training Day.

In 2018, Lex Scott Davis appeared in her first major movies. She starred in the action film Superfly. She also had a leading role in the horror film The First Purge. Another film she was in that year was the legal drama Foster Boy.

This helped everyone be "present in the moment." The couple first met while working on the movie The First Purge. They have two children, born in 2020 and 2022.
