Liber is a small place in Indiana, United States. It is called an unincorporated community. This means it does not have its own local government like a city or town. Instead, it is part of Wayne Township in Jay County.
History of Liber
Liber was started in the year 1853. It got its name from a school that was located there, called Liber College.
For a while, Liber even had its own post office. This post office opened in 1872. However, it did not stay open forever. The post office in Liber closed down in 1902.
