Licheń Stary is a small village located in central Poland. It's part of the Greater Poland Voivodeship region. This special village is famous for its huge church, which attracts many visitors every year.
It's about 7 kilometers (4 miles) south-east of a town called Ślesin. You can also find it about 14 kilometers (9 miles) north-east of Konin. The regional capital, Poznań, is about 99 kilometers (62 miles) to the east.

Licheń Stary is home to the Basilica of Our Lady of Licheń. This amazing church was finished in 2004. It is the largest church in all of Poland! Imagine how big that is.
The church was built to welcome many people. About one million visitors come here every year. They come to see a special picture of the Virgin Mary. This picture is called Our Lady of Sorrows, Queen of Poland. People believe it has brought many miracles.
A Giant Organ
Inside the Basilica of Our Lady of Licheń, you'll find another incredible sight. It's Poland's largest organ! This musical instrument has 157 stops, 6 keyboards, and a pedalboard.
It was designed by Professor Andrzej Chorosiński. A Polish company called "Zych - Zakłady Organowe" built it. This organ is not just big for Poland. It's also the fourth largest in Europe and the thirteenth largest in the entire world!
