Lina Hahne facts for kids

Lina Maria Hahne was born on January 15, 1984. She is a Swedish beauty queen. Lina became Miss Sweden in 2007. She was crowned on June 26. This happened after the first winner, Isabel Lestapier Winqvist, was no longer Miss Sweden. Lina did not represent Sweden at Miss Universe 2008. The Miss Sweden organization decided not to take part in the event that year. Lina is currently studying to become a doctor. She is in her last year of Medical School. She also works with UNICEF and helps children's charities.

Lina's Time as Miss Sweden

The Miss Sweden contest changed its ideas. It wanted to find a good example of a modern woman. This new idea was similar to the vision of Miss Universe. The organization decided to update the Miss Sweden contest. They added new parts to it.

A new Miss Sweden was crowned on April 30, 2009. This meant Lina's duties as Miss Sweden ended. Azra Duliman then took over the crown.
