Club History
Linköpings AIK has a rich history in different sports. The men's bandy team was quite successful. They played in Sweden's top bandy league in 1931. This was a big achievement for the team.
The bandy team also reached the semifinals three times in the 1920s. Semifinals are like the "final four" stage of a tournament. This means they were one of the best teams in the country.
The men's soccer team also played in a high league. They were in the Swedish third division. This happened during the 1928–1929 and 1929–1930 seasons. In the 1930–31 bandy season, Linköping AIK played in Division 1 Södra. They finished in 7th place that year.
