Linwood's Past: A Quick Look

Linwood started as its own small village in 1874. Before that, it was part of a larger area called Spencer Township. In 1893, the city of Cincinnati officially added Linwood to its territory. Back in the 1800s, an important train line called the Little Miami Railroad ran through Linwood.
