Stephanie, an 8-year-old girl, arrives in LazyTown to stay with her uncle for the summer. She meets her new friends, Ziggy, Trixie, Stingy, and Pixel, and the town's very own superhero, Sportacus. She also meets the laziest villain in LazyTown, Robbie Rotten, who is out to stop Sportacus.

The Mayor asks Sportacus to encourage the kids to play outside by inviting him to perform at Sportacular Spectacle Day. In order to stop him, Robbie Rotten disguises himself as a traveling salesman and tricks Sportacus into swapping his boots with a pair of radio-controlled boots, making it impossible for him to function as a superhero. Robbie then appears in a new disguise as "Lazycus" to become the new town hero. It's up to Stephanie and her friends to help Sportacus control his feet and find his real boots.

Today is LazyTown's Sport Day! Robbie challenges Sportacus to a competition but cheats and Sportacus is out of the race. It's up the friends compete against Robbie alone.

Sportacus loses his crystal and Stingy finds it but does not gives it back to him because he wants to keep it for himself. Robbie uses this opportunity to hand Sportacus a fake crystal and now LazyTown is in real trouble. Will Stingy give the real crystal back in time to save the day?

Robbie hatches a plan to deprive Sportacus of sleep by creating a "noisy ball" that keeps him awake all night so he will lose his energy. Will Sportacus beat Robbie in an all-or-nothing baseball match?

Milford and the kids plan to give Bessie a cake for her birthday. But Bessie's cake mysteriously disappears. Robbie Rotten then appears, disguised as a detective, and plants evidence that leads to Sportacus being blamed for stealing the cake and then jailed. When the machine goes out of control, the town is soon flooded with taffy. Can Ziggy overcome his bad habit of eating too much taffy, use his toothbrush, and stop the voice-activated machine?

Robbie Rotten dresses up as a Scoutmaster to teach the kids how to be the laziest scouts. Soon a giant windstorm hits LazyTown, putting Robbie and the kids in danger. Can Stephanie and Sportacus rescue the most unprepared, lazy scouts in history?

The kids take part in a treehouse-building competition and win. Stingy claims to have built it by himself, but learns the hard way that victory means little when there's no one to share it.

LazyTown will be named the laziest town in the world unless they can generate enough activity to raise the energy meter by the end of the day. Robbie Rotten is determined to thwart their efforts by being lazy and counteracting their energy. Will Robbie succeed in making LazyTown the laziest town in the world?

Robbie finds Stephanie's diary and writes nasty things in it, which he then gives as fake notes to her friends, who become upset with her. Stephanie soon loses her friends and doesn't understand why they have abandoned her. Sportacus appears to help Stephanie get her friends back by showing them what she really wrote in her diary about them.

To make cleaning up his room easy, Pixel builds a machine that makes things desappear. However, it really only makes anything it zaps invisible. Robbie soon gets his hands on the zapper and causes Sportacus to vanish. Can Pixel right his wrong before all of LazyTown is missing from sight?

Today is Play Day, and all of the kids in town pretend to be cowboys and jungle animals. Robbie arrives in a gorilla suit to scare the kids and stop their games, but soon gets himself into trouble before Sportacus shows up to rescue him.

Robbie climbs inside a soccer-playing robot and challenges Sportacus to a match. If Sportacus loses, he'll have to leave town forever! Can Sportacus and the kids defeat Robbie's soccer-bot?

Stephanie wants to throw a thank-you party for Sportacus, so she encourages her friends to have good manners to plan the perfect party. Robbie soon appears and poses as "Miss Roberta", an expert in manners, but he actually teaches the kids to misbehave even more, and soon the party becomes a big mess.

The LazyTowners decide to repay Sportacus for all his heroics by giving him a day off, but Sportacus cannot get used to relaxing, and wants to go back to exercising and being a superhero. Robbie Rotten takes advantage of Sportacus' day off by creating a vicious robotic dog who chases and attacks everyone – including Robbie himself! It's up to "Sportastephanie" to save the day and stop Robbie's robot dog, with some help from Sportacus.

Robbie wins the election for Mayor by cheating and rigging the votes. He makes up new rules for LazyTown that encourage laziness. Mayor Meanswell becomes a spy (parodying James Bond) and together with Sportacus, he and the kids try to foil Robbie's plans.

During science class, Robbie accidentally causes a chemical reaction and almost blows up the whole school. Sportacus must save him and the school building by stopping the chemical reaction.

Pixel sets up LazyTown TV, full of healthy and happy programming. Robbie climbs on to Pixel's roof to disable the satellite dish but ends up in danger. It's up to Sportacus to save him yet again.

Stephanie builds a cool Play Park for her friends, but they're lured away by Robbie's dangerous thrill ride. When the ride goes berserk, Stephanie needs her friends' cooperation in order to save them.

Sportacus shows the kids how to use an Energy Book to keep track of how much Sports Candy they eat and how much exercise they get. Robbie hears about this book and decides to try to wreck the kids' plans by giving them stamps for being lazy.

Today it's Sportacus's birthday and Robbie makes a wall and splits LazyTown in half, making it impossible for the kids to play together. The kids, Mildford and Bessie start to throw cake at each other and argue. After Sportacus eats a sugar apple and passes out, the kids have to find a way to work together to rescue him.

Pixel thinks that technology can solve any problem. Robbie, disguised as a master technician, "wires" the whole town and everything goes haywire.

Pixel invents a device that will allow the kids to actually go "into" their favorite fairy tales inside books. But when Robbie follows and plays the role of the Big Bad Wolf, the kids get stuck inside the tale! Can Sportacus become the hero of the fairy tale and save them?

Robbie decides to enter the LazyTown car race. After he sabotages all the kids' cars, they pool all of their remaining car parts into one great car.

Stephanie is invited to join a famous dance school far, far away. But this is all part of Robbie's big scheme to get rid of her and Sportacus. It's up Stephanie find out the truth before it's too late.

Robbie builds an invention that pulls toys away from kids. Sportacus visits China and France. He thinks his mission is finally over but Ziggy points out what Sportacus had taught him earlier - you don't need toys to play!

Robbie Rotten overhears Pixel saying that only a robot could be better than Sportacus, so he orders a robot called Roboticus to out-hero Sportacus. Soon Sportacus is forced to leave town as Roboticus takes over, so the kids decide to take action. They soon find out that the only way to keep Sportacus from leaving is to challenge Roboticus to a race.

Note 1: Starting with this season, Sportacus wears a wrist computer and a backpack that has a hang speedy glider.

Today is Ziggy's birthday so Stephanie organized a surprise party for him, even Robbie, but Stingy doesn't want to go because he forgets a gift to hand it to Ziggy. Sportacus manages to get Stingy to go to the party and he hands Ziggy the greatest present of all: the gift of imagination.

Stephanie has a present for Sportacus but Robbie wants it so he disguises himself as a wolf. When that plan fails he gives Sportacus a sugar apple disguising his voice as Stephanie's, causing him to have a sugar meltdown. Robbie disguises himself as Sportacus so that he can take the present. Soon the airship is broken with Robbie inside, and the only one who can stop it from crashing into Pixel's house is Sportacus. It is up to the kids to get the sportscandy to Sportacus so that he can save the day.

Stephanie and her friends join Mayor Meanswell's scout group and they go on a scavenger hunt. Robbie Rotten disguises himself as a scout master and replaces the hidden treasure with junk food. Soon Robbie and Sportacus become trapped underground in a recycling machine, and it is up to the kids to help Sportacus and Robbie out before they get crushed by the machine.

There is a brand new museum coming to LazyTown and the kids collect valuable things to donate. Stingy seems to think that everyone's things are not valuable enough, so he asks Sportacus if he can donate his crystal. Once Robbie finds out, he plots to steal the crystal. Later on, the crystal becomes missing, and Robbie may have been the one who stole it.

The mayor tells the kids the story of the blue knight. This then inspires them to dress up as knights and Sportacus dresses up in the armor of the famous blue knight. When Robbie finds out he makes a dragon that takes away the town's sportscandy, and he disguises himself as the evil purple knight. When the purple knight arrives in town, he and Sportacus have a duel.

Robbie's biggest wish is that everyone would leave town forever... It's the first day of summer in LazyTown and everyone is going to the beach to celebrate. When the town gets quiet, Robbie believes that his wish came true. But Robbie soon realizes that being left all alone might not be the wonderful gift he thought it would be. Robbie falls into a hole and Sportacus has to save him.

World famous Mediterranean chef Pablo Fantastico is coming to LazyTown to show everyone his healthy recipes. Robbie wants to put a stop to this, so he disguises himself as Pablo Fantastico and gets rid of the real one. When there are two Pablo Fantastico's in LazyTown they have a cook off to see who is the real one.

Pixel invents a new helmet that can turn people invisible. When Robbie gets his hands on it, he plots to get the mayor in trouble and then use the helmet to keep Sportacus from rescuing the mayor. The kids figure it out what he is planning and must put a stop to it.

The Lazy Cup soccer tournament is taking place in LazyTown, and the winner gets a golden trophy and a wish. Everything is on the line when the kids compete in a soccer match against Robbie's team, the Soccerbots. If they don't win the match, Sportacus will be forced to leave town forever.

It's the holiday season in LazyTown. The kids are excited to receive presents from Santa Claus, but to everyone's surprise, Santa shows up empty-handed. In the search for the lost presents, the kids realize they don't need gifts to capture the true holiday spirit.

The kids are playing an astronauts game which inspires Robbie to move to the moon in order to get away from Sportacus and the noisy kids. Robbie flies to the moon closely followed by the kids who accidentally mistake him for an alien and back to Earth along with Robbie on board but they run into trouble and it is again up to Sportacus to save him.

Robbie decides to go back in time to stop Johnny SportsCandyseed from planting the SportsCandy trees. Sportacus and the kids need to stop Robbie before all the SportsCandy in LazyTown becomes missing forever.

When the kids play a Secret Friend game, a misunderstanding makes Trixie lose trust in Stephanie and leave town. With Sportacus away on an expedition, will they be able to save their friendship?

It's the final day of school and the kids are excited to finish the big last exam. But when Robbie needs to go to school to get himself proclaimed as the world's top villain, his cheating ways gets Stephanie into trouble.

When the Mayor hears that Bobby Bird is coming to town, he tries to call him but instead Robbie gets the call and pretends to be him. He challenges Ziggy, who is terrible at basketball, to compete against him. But Ziggy practices and gets support from his friends and "Teddycus." But Robbie switches Ziggy's teddy bear with a mean Teddycus which hands him bad support.

When the Mayor and Stephanie go away Butterfly Watching and with Sportacus away to help them, Robbie Rotten disguises himself as a wizard and makes a potion to make the kids lazy.

Ziggy decides he wants a pet troll so the kids venture into the mountains and find a troll named LuLu who begins to eat all of the sports equipment. Much to Robbie's delight, he disguises himself as a troll catcher as he thinks a bigger troll will eat more sports equipment but will the kids be able to return LuLu back home before she eats most of LazyTown?

Ziggy and Stingy put on a puppet show about a fortune teller which inspires Robbie to disguise himself as one to make the kids believe that there will be no Sportacus in the future. When Robbie hands Sportacus a sugar apple, it is up to the kids to rescue him.

During school, Trixie acts as a ghost and scares her classmates especially Ziggy. So Robbie decides to disguise himself as a ghost to scare the kids from the school. Meanwhile, the kids try to get rid of the ghost by squirting it with slime after a sports candy experiment mistake.

Stephanie and Stingy are playing spies. Robbie Rotten designs his own dream team, Bobby, Tobby, and Flobby Rotten who successfully capture Sportacus. Robbie then plans to blast him out of town with a cannon but his plan fails when he accidentally blasts himself out of town and it is up to the kids to save the day.
