For over 25 years, it has been the tallest building in St. Petersburg and Pinellas County. The second tallest skyscraper is Signature Place. It's the tallest building where people live. Signature Place is about 116 meters (381 feet) tall with 36 floors. It has 243 homes inside. This building helped change how modern buildings look in St. Petersburg. It also survived a tough time for the housing market around 2008.
