How It Started and Grew
Little Baby's Ice Cream began in 2011. At first, they sold their ice cream from cool tricycles. This was a fun way to share their treats around the city.
In August 2012, they opened their first real ice cream shop. This was a big step for the company.
They became well-known in 2012 because of a funny TV commercial. It showed a person made of ice cream eating ice cream from their own head! (Don't worry, it was actually marshmallow cream.)
By 2015, Little Baby's started selling pre-packaged ice cream. These came in special containers that looked like oyster pails.
Where They Were Located
Little Baby's Ice Cream had shops in a few different cities. You could find them in Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and Baltimore.
The company, along with a pizza restaurant called Pizza Brain, sometimes faced false rumors.
Sadly, in November 2019, Little Baby's Ice Cream closed its doors for good.
Cool and Unique Flavors
Little Baby's was famous for its very unusual and creative ice cream flavors. They loved to try new things!
Some of their special flavors included:
- Earl Grey Sriracha
- Vanilla Cardamom Cream
- Pizza (yes, pizza-flavored ice cream!)
