Lorenzo Smith (born May 23, 1972) is an American singer and songwriter. He is known for his R&B music and has released three albums.

Lorenzo Smith was born on May 23, 1972, in Havana, Florida. When he was a kid, he loved to sing in church. He also enjoyed listening to famous singers like Michael Jackson, El Debarge, James Brown, and Sam Cooke. In high school, Lorenzo was very active in sports.
In 1990, Lorenzo released his first album called Let Me Show You. It was put out by Alpha International and Capitol Records. The main song from the album, also called "Let Me Show You," reached number 64 on the R&B music charts. Another song from the album, "Tic Tok," reached number 41.
Lorenzo's second album was simply titled Lorenzo. A song from this album, "Real Love," became very popular. It reached number 6 on the R&B charts. Other songs from this album, "... 2 Me" and "I Can't Stand The Pain," also did well. They reached numbers 21 and 22 on the R&B charts.
In 1995, Lorenzo released his third album, Love on My Mind. This album came out on Luke Campbell's Luke Records. One song from this album, "If It's Alright With You," reached number 41 on the R&B charts.
Lorenzo Smith continues to perform his music. In 2015, he was featured on a song called "I Know (No More)" by Razor.
