Los Pinos, also known as Playa Los Pinos, is a charming village and a popular beach resort. It's located right on the coast of the Río de la Plata in southwestern Uruguay. This lovely spot is part of the Colonia Department.
Los Pinos is like an extension of other nearby beach areas, Playa Fomento and Playa Britópolis. Together, these places form a big summer resort. While only a small number of people live here all year, many streets and houses fill up with visitors during the warmer months. It's a great place for a summer vacation!
