Luis V. Rey, born in 1955, is a talented artist and illustrator from Spain and Mexico. He graduated from the San Carlos Academy, which is part of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, in 1977. Early in his career, he worked as a contributor for a magazine in Barcelona.
