MIMAROPA is a special area in the Philippines. It's also called the Southern Tagalog Islands. This region is made up of five main provinces. These are Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan.
What is MIMAROPA?
MIMAROPA is one of the many regions in the Philippines. A region is like a big group of provinces. It helps the government manage different areas better. This region was officially formed in 2002. It was created by a special rule called Executive Order No. 103.
