Madeleine Mantock (born May 26, 1990) is a British actress. She is famous for her roles in TV shows like Into the Badlands and The Tomorrow People. Many people also know her as Macy Vaughn from the TV series Charmed, where she starred from 2018 to 2021. She also had a supporting role in The Long Song.

Early Life and Education

Madeleine Mantock has both Afro-Caribbean and Caucasian family roots. She studied at the Arts Educational Schools, London. There, she earned a degree in Musical Theatre.

Acting Career Highlights

Madeleine Mantock mostly works in television. She played the main character Scarlett Conway in the TV show Casualty. She was part of this series for 36 episodes from 2011 to 2012. This was even before she finished drama school.

In 2013, she appeared on Lee Nelson's Well Funny People. After that, she moved to the United States. There, she became a main character named Astrid in The Tomorrow People. This show, however, only lasted for one season.

In 2014, Madeleine had a small role as Julie in the movie Edge of Tomorrow. In 2015, she got a main role as Veil in AMC's show Into the Badlands. Her character in Into the Badlands was very popular with viewers.

Madeleine also had a supporting role as Miss Clara in 2018. This was in The Long Song, a BBC show. It was based on a novel by Andrea Levy. The story takes place in Jamaica in the 1800s.

In 2023, Madeleine made her debut with the Royal Shakespeare Company. She played Agnes and Anne Hathaway in their play Hamnet. This play was based on a popular novel by Maggie O'Farrell. After a successful run, Hamnet moved to the West End. It played at the Garrick Theatre until February 2024.
