This company provides food for many events in Tamil Nadu and nearby states. Rangaraj first started acting in the movie Mehandi Circus in 2019. He also appeared in the exciting film Penguin in 2020.

Cooking Journey

T.P. Rangaraj first loved animation and studied engineering. But he soon found his way into the food business. In 1999, he and his brother took over their family's businesses. Rangaraj then moved to Bangalore and started a small restaurant.

When he came back to Madhampatty, he began cooking for small parties. He became well-known for providing meals for film crews all by himself. Rangaraj has catered for more than 400 weddings, including actor Karthi's wedding. His company, Madhampatty Thangavelu Hospitality, also catered for big events like the 2013 Coimbatore Marathon. People also say he created a special recipe for green guava chutney.

Acting Roles

Rangaraj started his acting career in the romantic movie Mehandi Circus in 2019. A reviewer from the Deccan Chronicle newspaper said that "Popular Chef turned hero Madampatti Rangaraj has been aptly cast as the lead protagonist."

His next movie was the Tamil thriller Penguin, released in 2020. The director, Eshvar Karthic, chose Rangaraj for the role after seeing him in Mehandi Circus. Rangaraj later agreed to act in a movie called Casino. This film is the first one directed by Mark Joel, and filming began in November 2020.

Personal Life

T.P. Rangaraj married Joy Crizildaa, who is a wedding stylist, in 2025. Before this, he was married to Shruthi. He has two children from his first marriage.
