Madhampatty Rangaraj is a talented Indian chef and actor. He is also the CEO of a big company called Madhampatty Thangavelu Hospitality Pvt Ltd. This company provides food for events in Tamil Nadu and nearby areas. Rangaraj first started acting in a movie called Mehandi Circus in 2019. He also appeared in the exciting thriller film Penguin in 2020.

Cooking Up Success

Rangaraj loved animation and studied engineering first. But he found his way into the food world for a job. In 1999, he took over his family's businesses with his brother. Rangaraj then moved to Bangalore and opened a small restaurant, often called a mess in India.

When he came back to Madhampatty, he started cooking for smaller events. He even cooked meals for entire film crews all by himself! Rangaraj has catered for over 400 weddings, including the wedding of famous actor Karthi. His company, Madhampatty Thangavelu Hospitality, also catered for big events like the 2013 Coimbatore Marathon. People even say Rangaraj created the special recipe for green guava chutney!

Acting on Screen

Rangaraj made his first movie appearance in the romantic drama Mehandi Circus in 2020. A newspaper called the Deccan Chronicle said he was "aptly cast" as the main character. His next movie was the Tamil thriller Penguin in 2020. The director, Eshvar Karthic, saw Rangaraj in Mehandi Circus and offered him the role. Rangaraj later signed up for another movie called Casino, which started filming in November 2020.
