Mads Mensah Larsen was born on August 12, 1991. He is a talented Danish handball player. He plays as a centre back, which is a key position in handball.
Mads currently plays for Skjern Håndbold in Denmark. He is also a very important player for the Danish national team. He has represented his country in many big tournaments.
Before joining Skjern Håndbold in 2025, Mads played for several other clubs. In Denmark, he played for AG København, Nordsjælland Håndbold, and Aalborg Håndbold. He also spent several years playing for German clubs like Rhein-Neckar Löwen and SG Flensburg-Handewitt.
Mads decided to return to Denmark in 2025. This was because his contract with Flensburg-Handewitt was ending. He wanted to move back home. Interestingly, he also studied Humanistic informatics at Aalborg University. Mads has a Danish mother and a Ghanaian father.
