What Happens in the Movie?
The story of Magic Kid 2 follows Kevin Ryan, a young film star known as "Ninja Boy." A film producer named David Wadsworth wants to make a lot of money from Kevin's new movie.
Kevin's Big Choice
Kevin has a big problem: he needs to study hard to pass his school year and move on to 10th grade. But acting in movies takes up too much of his time, making it hard to focus on schoolwork. Kevin's uncle, Bob Ryan, is also his agent. Uncle Bob spends his time playing poker and wants Kevin to keep making movies because of the money involved.
Kevin's tutor, Suzanne, wants Kevin to finish school. When Kevin visits Suzanne's home, he asks her daughter, Maggie, to go on a date. Maggie says yes, and Kevin soon starts to like her a lot.
The Conflict Begins
Uncle Bob is worried about losing a lot of money if Kevin stops making the movie. So, he wants Kevin to choose the film. Because of all this pressure, Kevin decides to run away from home.
David, the producer, gives Uncle Bob a short time to find Kevin. When Uncle Bob can't find him, David sends his bodyguard, Luther, to look for Kevin. Uncle Bob gets into some trouble while searching.
Later, Uncle Bob finds Kevin's school book and goes to talk with Suzanne. When Kevin returns from a date with Maggie, he learns that Uncle Bob and Suzanne have talked. They both agree that Kevin should focus on school first. This decision puts Uncle Bob in a difficult spot with David, who then plans to stop the "Ninja Boy" character's story.
