Story of Magic Kid
The film follows Kevin Ryan, an 11-year-old karate champion from Kalamazoo, Michigan. For the summer, Kevin travels to California with his older sister, Megan. They stay with their uncle, Bob Ryan, and his girlfriend, Anita.
Uncle Bob runs a business that manages clown acts. However, he is having some money troubles and owes a large amount to a tough guy named Tony. Tony wants his money back, so he sends his nephew and two helpers to collect it from Bob.
Kevin sees these tough guys enter the house. They try to take money from Uncle Bob. When Tony gets upset, Bob decides to take Kevin and Megan out of the house to keep them safe. Kevin, who is very good at karate, offers to help his uncle deal with the bad guys.
Later, Megan goes to a club to meet her favorite star, Tommy Hart. The bad guys spot her there and try to take her away. Luckily, Bob and Kevin, who were looking for Megan, arrive just in time! Kevin uses his amazing karate moves to stop the bad guys. But then, a very big and strong person called 'The Animal' shows up. That's when Don "The Dragon" Wilson, a famous kickboxer, arrives to help save the day!
