Mary Joy "Majoy" Dela Cruz Baron, born on December 12, 1995, is a talented Filipino volleyball player. She went to college at De La Salle University and played for their volleyball team. Currently, she plays as a middle blocker for the PLDT High Speed Hitters. Majoy is also a key member of the Philippine National Women's Volleyball Team.

About Majoy Baron
Majoy Baron grew up in Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines. She went to Concepcion Catholic School. Besides being a great athlete, Majoy also works as a model.

Majoy Baron has had an amazing career in volleyball. She has played for top teams and won many awards.
College Success
Majoy was a big part of the DLSU Lady Spikers team. They won the women's UAAP Volleyball Championship three times in a row, from 2016 to 2018!
In April 2016, during UAAP Season 78, Majoy was named the "Best Blocker." The very next year, in UAAP Season 79, she won the "Most Valuable Player" award. In her final year of college, she was the team captain and led her team to their third straight championship.
Playing for Clubs
After college, Majoy joined the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers. With this team, she won the 2017 PSL Grand Prix Conference championship. She also earned the "Second Best Middle Blocker" award that year. Over the years, she continued to win many "Best Middle Blocker" awards in different leagues.
In late 2023, the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers team was no longer active. Majoy then joined the PLDT High Speed Hitters in 2024.
National Team Player
From 2018 to 2022, Majoy was a proud member of the Philippines women's national volleyball team. She played as a middle blocker for her country.
She took part in the 2019 ASEAN Grand Prix with the national team. During this important tournament, she was recognized as the "Best Middle Blocker" in both rounds of the competition!
