In 2006, Marika Domińczyk got engaged to actor Scott Foley. They got married in a private ceremony in Hawaii in June 2007. Marika and Scott have three children. Their daughter, Malina, was born in November 2009. Their son, Keller, was born in April 2012. Their youngest son, Konrad, was born in November 2014.

Marika Domińczyk started her acting career in the early 2000s. In 2004, she was in a TV series called The Help. The next year, she played Bernadette in the movie The 40-Year-Old Virgin.

From 2006 to 2007, Marika was a guest star on the TV show Brothers & Sisters. She played a character named Tyler Altamirano. She came back to the show for its last two episodes in the fifth season.

Even though Marika is from Poland, she has often played characters from other backgrounds. For example, she played Anna in The Help. She also played Isabella, a South American agent, in Get Smart's Bruce and Lloyd: Out of Control.
