Masafumi Hara (原 正文, Hara Masafumi, born December 21, 1943) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a defender and was also part of the Japan national team.

Masafumi Hara was born on December 21, 1943. After finishing high school, he joined a team called Yawata Steel. This team later became known as Nippon Steel.
