Matsuichi Yamada (born February 21, 1961) is a Japanese former football player and manager. He played as a midfielder during his career. After he stopped playing, he became a coach and manager for different football teams in Japan.
Playing Football: Matsuichi Yamada's Journey
Matsuichi Yamada was born in Numazu, Japan, on February 21, 1961. After finishing his studies at Kokushikan University, he joined a football club called Honda in 1983. He played for Honda for seven years. Matsuichi Yamada stopped playing professional football in 1990.
Coaching and Managing Teams
After ending his playing career, Matsuichi Yamada started coaching. From 1990 to 1992, he coached at his former club, Honda.
In 1992, he moved to another team called Yamaha Motors. This club later changed its name to Júbilo Iwata. He coached there until 2001, helping players improve their skills.
In 2002, Yamada joined Shonan Bellmare. In May 2003, he became the main manager of the team. He led Shonan Bellmare until July 2004. Later, in 2010, he signed with Vanraure Hachinohe and managed that team until 2014.
