Matías Rossi was born on April 2, 1984. He is an Argentine race car driver. He currently races in the Turismo Carretera series. He drives the No. 117 Toyota Camry for Toyota Gazoo Racing. He also competes in the Stock Car Pro Series, driving the No. 117 Toyota Corolla for Full Time Sports.

Matías Rossi's Racing Journey
Starting with Go-Karts
Matías Rossi began his racing career early. He started driving go-karts when he was just 11 years old. He even raced go-karts outside Argentina. He competed in championships in America and around the world.
Moving to Formula Racing
After his karting days, Matías returned to Argentina. He then started racing in Formula Renault. Later, he moved up to the Formula Super Renault series. This was an important step in his journey to professional racing.
Success in Turismo Carretera
In 2003, Matías joined the Turismo Carretera racing series. This is a very popular series in Argentina. He won his first race in this series in 2007. This victory happened at the Comodoro Rivadavia circuit. That same year, he won two more races. He finished second overall in the season.
Dominating TC2000 and Súper TC 2000
Matías also started racing in the TC2000 series in 2005. He quickly became very successful there. He won the championship in both 2006 and 2007. He was driving a Chevrolet Astra for Pro Racing.
From 2008 to 2010, he raced for Renault in TC2000. In 2011, he joined Toyota Team Argentina. He won his third TC 2000 championship that year. In 2012, he raced for Toyota in the Súper TC 2000 championship. He finished as the runner-up, which is second place.
Winning Multiple Championships
Matías Rossi has won many championships in different series.
- In 2013, he won the championship in the Super TC 2000.
- In 2014, he won two championships: Turismo Nacional and Turismo Carretera.
- In 2019, he won the Top Race V6 championship.
- He became champion of the Súper TC 2000 again in 2020.
In 2020, he also started competing in Stock Car Brasil. He raced with Toyota and Full Time Sports. He continues to be a top driver in Argentine and Brazilian racing.
