History of McVille
McVille has an interesting past. It was first known as McHaleysville. The community was started in 1836 by a person named John McHaley.
Post Office in McVille
A post office opened in McVille in 1879. This was a place where people could send and receive mail. The post office served the community for many years. However, it eventually closed down. The McVille post office stopped operating in 1916.
