Meghana Lokesh is an Indian actress who is well-known for her work in television. She mostly acts in TV shows in the Telugu and Kannada languages. She became very popular for her role as Sasi B.Tech and Devayani in the TV series Sasirekha Parinayam, which aired from 2013 to 2016.
Meghana also played several different characters in other popular Telugu TV shows. For example, she played twin roles, Manga and Nithya, and also Divya in Kalyana Vaibhogam (2017-2023). She was also Tulasi in Raktha Sambandham (2018-2021) and played two roles, Chaitra and Alakananda, in Kalyanam Kamaneeyam (2022-2023).

Early Life and Acting Journey
Meghana Lokesh was born in Mysore, a city in Karnataka, India. Her father is an engineer, and her mother teaches Kannada. She also has a brother who is an engineer.
Starting in Theatre
Meghana began acting in theatre plays when she was very young, at just 8 years old. She performed in about 270 shows before she finished her college degree. Her theatre teacher was Mandya Ramesh, who helped her learn a lot about acting.
First Steps in Television
Meghana started her TV career with a small role in a Kannada TV show called Devi. This show was on Zee Kannada. Her first main role was in another Kannada TV series, Pavitra Bandhana, where she played a character named Pavitra. After that, she also worked on a show called Purushottama.
Becoming a Star in Telugu TV
Meghana's big break came with the popular Telugu TV series Sasirekha Parinayam. This show was on Star Maa from 2013 to 2016 and made her very well-known.
In 2017, she acted in two short films in Telugu, named Emotion and Beautiful Life. Later that year, she started a new Zee Telugu series, Kalyana Vaibhogam, where she played two different characters. In 2018, she also appeared in a film called Ameerpet 2 America. Around the same time, she got a main role in her third Telugu TV show, Raktha Sambandham.
