Melanie and Martina Grant are British twin sisters who are actresses, presenters, and singers. They are most famous for being the cheerleaders on the popular kids' game show Fun House. They were also singers who released an album in Japan called A Twin Thing.

About the Twins
Melanie and Martina were born in Margate, Kent, in 1971. Today, they both live in the nearby town of Ramsgate.
Melanie's married name is Melanie Bambridge. Her husband was a firefighter who sadly passed away in 2009.
Martina was also married and later divorced. She now lives with her partner, Ben Freebury, whom she married in 2016. They have a son, born in 2012, and a daughter, born in 2015.

Famous TV Appearances
From 1989 to 1999, Melanie and Martina were the co-presenters and cheerleaders on the exciting game show Fun House. They appeared in all 11 series of the show with host Pat Sharp.
Before Fun House, they had small roles in other TV shows. In 1986, Melanie was a dancer in the comedy From the Top. In 1987, both twins appeared in an episode of the police drama Rockliffe's Babies.

Movie Roles
In 1983, the twins were part of a group of children singing in the movie Monty Python's The Meaning of Life. They also had a small part in the 1989 movie Batman.
Work in the Theatre
Both Melanie and Martina started acting on stage when they were young.
From 1978 to 1981, Melanie played the character Molly in the musical Annie in London's West End. In 1981, Martina was in the musical The Sound of Music as Brigitta.
In 1983, they both performed in a stage version of Bugsy Malone. Over the years, they have also acted in classic pantomimes like Cinderella, Dick Whittington, Red Riding Hood, and Snow White.

As a music duo, the twins called themselves A.T.T. which stands for "A Twin Thing." On May 19, 1999, they released an album with the same name in Japan.
The song Keep On Pumping was released as a single from the album. In 2014, the album became available to download on iTunes and Amazon, but without the two remixes of Keep On Pumping.
