Meredith Leigh Monroe (born December 30, 1969) is an American actress. She is famous for playing Andie McPhee in the popular teen drama Dawson's Creek. She also played Haley Hotchner on the crime show Criminal Minds and Carolyn Standall on 13 Reasons Why.

Meredith Monroe was born in Houston, Texas. When she was two years old, her parents divorced, and she moved to Hinsdale, Illinois, where she grew up. After graduating from Hinsdale Central High School, she moved to New York to start a career in modeling.
In 1995, her face became well-known from TV commercials and magazine ads. She appeared in ads for big brands like L'Oreal, Disney, and Ford. This success helped her move into acting.

Breakthrough with Dawson's Creek
