Gunnar Mathias "Mic" Michaeli (born on November 11, 1962) is a Swedish musician. He is best known as the keyboard player for the famous rock band Europe. Like many other members of Europe, he grew up in Upplands Väsby, a town near Stockholm, Sweden. Mic joined the band in 1984 for their Wings of Tomorrow tour. He took over playing keyboards from the band's singer, Joey Tempest.

Music Career
Mic Michaeli has helped write many songs for the band Europe. His most famous song is the popular ballad "Carrie" from the album The Final Countdown. Mic Michaeli and Joey Tempest wrote this song together. "Carrie" became Europe's biggest hit in the U.S., reaching very high on the music charts.
After Europe took a break in 1992, Mic Michaeli continued making music. He recorded and toured with other bands like Brazen Abbot and Last Autumn's Dream. He also worked with Glenn Hughes, a singer who used to be in the bands Black Sabbath and Deep Purple. Mic also helped write three songs for Joey Tempest's solo album, which came out in 2002.
