About Michèle Lorrain
Michèle Lorrain was born in 1960 in Montreal, Quebec. Today, she lives and works in Sainte-Louise, Quebec.
She studied art at two different universities. First, she earned her first university degree from the Université Laval. After that, she continued her studies and received a special advanced degree called a Masters of Fine Arts from the Université du Québec à Montréal. This means she spent many years learning and practicing her art skills.
Notable Artworks
In September 2015, Michèle Lorrain created a large art piece for the Vimont Community Center in Laval, Quebec. This artwork is called in my yard. It was installed on the north wall of the building for everyone to see and enjoy.
