Michael A. Crosby is a retired United States Army officer. He held the important rank of Command Sergeant Major. He was the top enlisted leader for the United States Army Futures Command. In this role, CSM Crosby gave advice to the commander and staff. He helped make sure soldiers were healthy, happy, and well-trained. He also made sure they were used effectively.

Michael A. Crosby joined the United States Army in August 1988. He served for many years, from 1988 to 2022. He also continued his education while serving.

Education and Training

He earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. This degree was from American Military University. Later, he received a master's degree in business administration. This degree focused on human resources management. He got it from Trident University.

CSM Crosby also attended special leadership courses. These courses helped him become a better leader. They included the Army Strategic Leader Development Program. He also completed the Executive Leaders Course and the Keystone Leaders Course. These programs teach top military leaders how to guide large groups of people.
