Michael Olalekan Ojo (born January 5, 1993 – died August 7, 2020) was a professional basketball player from Nigeria and America. He was very tall, standing at 7 feet 1 inch (2.16 meters). He was also quite heavy for a basketball player, weighing around 310 pounds (141 kilograms). This made him one of the tallest and heaviest players to ever play basketball in Serbia and other parts of Europe.
Michael Ojo played college basketball for Florida State University. After college, he became a professional player. He spent three seasons playing for two different clubs in Serbia: FMP and Crvena zvezda. Michael was born in Lagos, Nigeria.
Sadly, Michael Ojo passed away at the age of 27. He had a heart attack while he was training in Belgrade, Serbia.
