Michel Reimon (born on July 11, 1971) is an Austrian politician. He has been a member of the National Council since 2019. This is an important part of Austria's government.
He is a member of The Greens-The Green Alternative political party. This party is also part of the larger European Green Party.
Michel Reimon's Political Work
Serving in the European Parliament
From 2014 to 2019, Michel Reimon was a Member of the European Parliament (MEP). An MEP is like a representative for their country in the European Union's parliament. They help make laws for all EU countries.
While in the European Parliament, he worked on the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy. This committee deals with topics like new technologies, science, and how we get our energy. He also worked with countries in the Mashreq region. These are countries in the Middle East, like Egypt and Jordan.
Work in the Council of Europe
