Michelle Langstone (born 30 January 1979) is an actress and writer from New Zealand. She has starred in many films and TV shows. These include productions in both New Zealand and Australia.
You might know her as Dr. Katherine "Kat" Manx from the TV series Power Rangers S.P.D.. She also played Master Guin in Power Rangers Jungle Fury. In 2008, she was Livia in the action series Legend of The Seeker.
Michelle is also an author. Her first book is called Times Like These: On Grief, Hope, and Remarkable Love. It was published in May 2021.

She has won awards for her writing. In 2020, she won a Voyager Media Award for Best Interview or Profile. She also won a Voyager Media Award in 2021 for Best First Person Essay.
