Miguel Ángel de la Flor (born in Chiclayo in 1924 – died in Lima, Peru on January 12, 2010) was a Peruvian army officer.
Miguel Ángel de la Flor was an important general in the Peruvian army. He served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, which means he was Peru's top diplomat, from 1972 to 1976. He worked in the government led by Juan Velasco Alvarado.
During his time as Minister, Miguel Ángel de la Flor helped Peru build stronger relationships with other countries. He focused on working closely with countries like the Soviet Union and Cuba. He also helped Peru buy a lot of military equipment from the Soviet Union.
