Michael Otis Felder, born on November 18, 1961, is a former professional baseball player from the United States. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for several teams between 1985 and 1994. Mike Felder was an Outfielder, known for his speed and skill on the field. Because he was smaller than many other players, standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds, he was sometimes called "Tiny Felder."

Mike Felder's Baseball Journey
Mike Felder played baseball at the highest level, Major League Baseball. He was an outfielder, which means he played in the large grassy area of the baseball field. His job was to catch fly balls and throw them back to the infield.
Starting His Career
Mike Felder began his journey in professional baseball when he was chosen by the Milwaukee Brewers. This happened in the third round of the 1981 Major League Baseball draft. Being drafted means a team picks a player to join their organization. He played for the Brewers from 1985 to 1990.
Playing for Different Teams
After his time with the Brewers, Mike Felder joined the San Francisco Giants. He signed with them as a free agent on April 5, 1991. A free agent is a player who is not under contract with any team and can sign with any team they choose. He played for the Giants for two years.
Later, he signed with the Seattle Mariners on November 29, 1992. He played for the Mariners for one season. In December 1993, he was traded to the Houston Astros. A trade in baseball means players are exchanged between two teams. He finished his MLB career with the Astros in 1994.
