Mildred Adams Fenton (1899–1995) was an American scientist. She studied paleontology and geology at the University of Iowa. Paleontology is the study of ancient life, like dinosaurs. Geology is the study of Earth's rocks and history.
Mildred Adams Fenton wrote many science books. She worked with her husband, Carroll Lane Fenton. Together, they wrote books like Records of Evolution (1924), Land We Live On (1944), and Worlds in the Sky (1963). These books helped explain science to many people.

Mildred Adams was born in 1899. Her birthplace was near West Branch, Iowa. She went to the University of Iowa. There, she met Carroll Lane Fenton. He was also a student there.
Mildred and Carroll got married in 1921. They spent their lives working together. Carroll passed away in 1969. Mildred Adams Fenton lived until 1995.
