Milica Janković (born in Požarevac on November 23, 1881 – died in Niška Banja on June 27, 1939) was a Serbian writer. She wrote both stories (prose) and poems (verse).

Milica Janković was also known by her pseudonym, which is a pen name, Leposava Mihajlović. She finished high school in Veliko Gradište. Later, she studied at the art school of the University of Belgrade, graduating in 1906. After her studies, she became a teacher. She taught for more than 30 years! Milica Janković never got married.

Her most famous work is a book called Ispovesti (which means "Confessions"). This book is a collection of short stories written in a modern style. Critics said that Ispovesti was a very original Serbian book when it came out in 1913. They praised its clear, lively, and flexible writing style. People felt that the stories showed a lot of love and understanding for human feelings.
