Millington is a small village located in Tuscola County, Michigan, United States. In 2020, about 1,028 people lived there. The village is part of Millington Township.

In 2010, there were 1,072 people living in Millington. There were 420 households. The village had about 794 people per square mile.
Most of the people in Millington were White (94.9%). There were also smaller groups of African American (1.5%), Native American (0.6%), and Asian (0.6%) residents. About 2.5% of the population was Hispanic or Latino.
Out of the 420 households, about 38% had children under 18 living with them. Nearly half (47%) were married couples. About 15% had a female head of household without a husband, and 6% had a male head of household without a wife.

Millington High School is sometimes called "Corky's School." This nickname was given by a sports writer named Mick McCabe from the Detroit Free Press. He used it in memory of Corky Meinecke, who was a graduate of Millington High and a sports writer himself.
