Minal Khan began her acting career with the Geo TV drama Kaash Main Teri Beti Na Hoti in 2011. After that, she played a supporting role in the comedy show Quddusi Sahab Ki Bewah on ARY Digital in 2012.

In 2013, Minal appeared in the drama Mann Ke Moti alongside famous actors like Yasra Rizvi and Faysal Qureshi. She also acted with her twin sister, Aiman Khan, in this show.
