Miriam Cani (Albanian: [miˈɾiam caˈni]; born on May 30, 1985) is a famous Albanian singer and TV host. She was part of a popular German pop group called Preluders. Besides singing, Miriam has also been a judge on big TV talent shows. These include The X Factor Albania, The Voice of Albania, and The Voice Kids Albania.

Miriam's Early Life and Career
Miriam Cani first appeared on German TV in 1993. This was on a show called "Interaktiv." In 2003, Miriam tried out for the German TV show Popstars. She was one of 13 people hoping to join a new girl group. Miriam was chosen as one of the winners. She became a member of the pop group Preluders.
Musicals and TV Shows
Miriam has performed in several musicals. She was in "Hair" in Germany. She also performed in "Ludwig 2" in Germany in 2013. In Albania, she played the main role of Roxie Hart in the musical "Chicago".
She has also hosted many TV shows. In Germany, she hosted Jamba TV Clip Clash and Eclips. In Albania, she hosted Festivali i Këngës. This is a big music festival. She sang in the FilmHarmonic Night in Germany. She also performed her song Bring the Rain on Fernsehgarten.
Eurovision Song Contest
Miriam helped choose Albania's song for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010. She hosted the Albanian national final for the contest. Later, Miriam herself sang in the Albanian national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2011. She sang "Ende ka shpresë" as a duet with Alban Skënderaj. He is now her husband.
Miriam's Family Life
Miriam Cani started a relationship with Albanian singer Alban Skënderaj in 2007. They worked together on music. On November 28, 2015, Miriam gave birth to their daughter. Her name is Ameli Skënderaj. This was on Albania's 103rd independence day.
In June 2019, Alban Skënderaj held a concert in Pristina, Kosovo. It was part of his "Hapësira e një ëndrre" event. Both Miriam and Alban sang their song "Dhurata." They also shared exciting news: Miriam was pregnant! Their son, Duam Skënderaj, was born on January 14, 2020.
